Protocol Integrated Direct Marketing - Management Update
As of April 21, 2008, Charles Dall'Acqua has left his position as CEO with Protocol.
Don Norsworthy, Executive Vice President, CFO has been promoted to CEO/President.
George Cardoza, our current VP Corporate Controller, has been promoted to CFO.
Mr. Dall’Acqua commented, “When I joined Protocol in 2004, I had the goal of taking
a geographically dispersed company and transforming it into a world class integrated
direct marketing business. After four years, I believe we have achieved the goals
I initially set for the company. As such, I am leaving Protocol so that I can spend
more time with my family. I have worked closely with my replacement, Don Norsworthy,
during the past two years and I can assure you that the company will be in good
hands under his leadership and that of our senior management team. I want to thank
you for the time we have had together and for your continued partnership with Protocol.”
Don Norsworthy commented, “All of us at Protocol would like to thank Charles for
his efforts over the past four years and wish him the best of luck in his future
endeavors. I look forward to working with the Protocol team and our clients as we
continue to strengthen our performance in servicing our clients’ needs.”
