Robert Mason
President, Integrated Marketing Services
As the head of Protocol’s Integrated Marketing Services division, Robert and his
team manage our Business-to-Business and Business-to-Consumer direct marketing needs.
With his experienced guidance and insight, he leads this division in delivering
measurable ROI through strategy and analytics, database development and marketing
program execution.
Before joining Protocol in 2005, Robert spent nearly 15 years with Harte-Hanks,
Inc., a $900 million, NYSE-listed direct marketing and targeted media company. There,
he served in operations positions across all levels of management, including Group
Managing Director. In this capacity, he was responsible for five locations with
over 800 employees that generated nearly $80 million in annual revenue.
His operations experience spans all aspects of direct marketing including contact
center, strategic services, database, direct mail, and fulfillment…and his vertical
knowledge covers a wide spectrum from retail and financial to pharmaceutical and
high tech.
Robert received his BS in Business from Elizabethtown College in Pennsylvania and
holds an MBA in Marketing from Loyola College in Baltimore, Maryland.
